McKenzi passed away at age 27 on June 27, 2017 from a tragic car wreck. Her life motto essentially was to cultivate kindness throughout the lives she touched. From homeless hygiene kits she carried in her car, to countless charities she was involved in to empower women and support children, to even in her death she was able to give the greatest gift of kindness - donating her organs to recipients all across Kentucky. At the time of death, the background picture on her cell phone was, “Cultivate Kindness.”
Tommy Loid, married to Krista Loid, was a proud father to Tommy (IV) and Riley Loid. He was an extremely talented and licensed horse trainer, working in some of the greatest barns in the Tennessee Walking Horse Industry.
Co-founders, Emily Loid Wilkins (little sister to Tommy & McKenzi) and Robin Loid (mother to Tommy & McKenzi)
